God is so good!

I have to admit ... I was trying to control this trip (with good intentions, of course) and began to put this trip in my own hands. I'm such an organized person - which can sometimes be a thorn. I became worried about the 100 pounds of supplies, the expensive fine from American Airline for switching the date, costs of shots/medication, renewing my passport, etc. But ... God has showed me once again how faithful He is and that when I give Him control that He will take care of things better than I ever could. Once again He has blessed me with more than I deserve. What a beautiful reminder He has showed me. Thank you so much to all my dear family and friends for all your support, encouragement, prayers, and love. I've got a huge suitcase filled with supplies - almost 100 pounds already. It's sitting in my spare bedroom ready to go!

I need to come up with some ideas for the VBS we'll be leading while I'm there. We're teaching about Jonas, Daniel, and David. If you have any great ideas, I'd love to hear them. We need to have a snack and lesson ready before we leave.
